If your preferred time session is unavailable, please continue to book an available session on the same day. You may still pick up the item on the same booking date at your preferred arrival time. If your preferred date is unavailable or full-booking, please book another date at your convenience. The booking sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booking Procedure
Before you begin, please prepare your order confirmation email.
Step 1: Click "BOOK NOW"
Step 2: Select the date for pick-up
Step 3: Fill in the order information
Step 4: Fill in the contact Information
Step 5: Take note of your booking number
Please bring a printed copy of order confirmation and booking number.
Failing to show the printed copy will not be accepted for order pick up.


Booking Terms

Re-schedule Policy

Re-schedule is not required for late arrival on the same day. Please re-schedule again through the online booking system if you would like to arrive on another date. The rescheduling time will depend on the actual booking conditions at the time.

Weather Policy

If T8 signal or above is hoisted during opening hours, our service centre will be closed. For Black Rainstorm Warning, center will remain open if the warning signal is hoisted during opening hours. If T8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled before 7:00 am., Centre will re-open in 3 hours.  If the warning is cancelled before 12 pm., Center will re-open at 3pm. excluding Saturday.

Exchange Policy

The welcome gift cannot be returned nor converted into cash, other products or services.
