Thank you for choosing the product from suitcase.Hk! Please complete the warranty registration and retain the receipt for 1 year. This registration is applicable to both orders placed with suitcase.Hk and other dealers. Orders elsewhere is not covered. Please read the terms below and choose the a preferred language to register.

 

Warranty Terms & Conditions
1) Warranty terms are only available for product which purchased with Suitcase.hk and a genuine validated receipt.
2) The warranty terms apply only to the normal use of the Product’s components (trolley frame, handles, wheels) from the date of original purchase for one year. If defect arises within the Warranty Period, we will repair the Product free of charge.
3) The warranty terms do not apply to lock and exterior damage caused by scratching, abuse, burst zipper, misuse, accident, or any man-made damage by courier.
4) After the warranty, Suitcase.hk will charge each repairable part HKD$50 (limited to trolley, handles, wheels and lock only). Repair fee should not exceed the original value of the product.
5) Suitcase.hk. is unable to provide any repair quotation before proper examination of the damaged item.
