Monday to Friday (Office Hour: 09:00 - 18:00)
• If T8 signal or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted at 09:00, our Kwun Tong Store will delay opening for a minimum of two hours after the warning signal is lowered.
• If T8 signal or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted at 14:00, our Kwun Tong Store will remain close.
• If Hong Kong Observatory announces specific hoisting time for T8 signal during office hours, the Kwun Tong Store will be closed in two hours prior to the hoisting time.
• If the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted during the operating hours, the Kwun Tong Store will remain open.
• If the Amber / Red Rainstorm Warning / T1 / T3 Signal is hoisted, the Kwun Tong Store will remain open.
Saturday (Office Hour: 09:00 - 13:00)
• If T8 signal or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted at 09:00, our Kwun Tong Store will remain close.
• If Hong Kong Observatory announces specific hoisting time for T8 signal during office hours, the Kwun Tong Store will be closed in two hours prior to the hoisting time.
