This pickup confirmation does not undertake successful redemption. Customers must present original redemption letter and purchaser hkid / copy in person to redeem.
Procedure:
Before you begin, please prepare your Esdlife confirmation email.
Step 1: Click "START RESERVATION"
Step 2: Select the date for pick-up
Step 3: Fill in the voucher information
Step 4: Fill in the contact Information
Step 5: Take note of your booking number
Step 6: Present the Esdlift confirmation email, and HKID card in person to redeem.
*You may authorized a third party to redeem the gift, the authorized person is required to present the Esdlift confirmation email, a copy of purchaser identification document with an authorization signature.
* Failing to show the printed copy will not be accepted for item pick up.

- Please pick up the Esdlife item according to the email confirmation. Contact us if you require early pick up
- Pick up service will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning. Upon the lowering of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the cancellation of a Black Rainstorm Warning before 7:00 a.m., pick up service will be available for the day. Upon the the lowering of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the cancellation of a Black Rainstorm Warning before 12:00 p.m., pick up service will be resumed at 2:00 p.m..
